We at A1ES provide design and service engineering in a wide scope thereby enabling to innovate, design and manage simple and complex service operations and processed of the intelligent service based economy. We are well focused on New Engineering, Re-Engineering and Reverse Engineering of work scopes within the project thereby yielding a reliable and quality based solution for customers.
As quality and customer satisfaction are our prime motto for development, we follow the design process in a series of procedural steps to solve a problem, derive a reliable solution and develop a design proposal
Our methodological approach for solving a problem and providing a conceptual solution are
- Erection & Installation
- Testing & Commissioning
- Operation & Maintenance
- Quality Management
- HSE Service
- Manpower Outsourcing
New Engineering: As the name defines, we involve in design of new fresh scopes of work (green field projects) with raw data received from customers.
Re-Engineering: There are some scopes which involve redoing of existing engineering design due to un-fulfilled design of the solution/product or enhancement/up gradation of the product. The Engineering data would be already done and in place, whereas it shall involve further improvement or lagging of end solution. In such cases, Re-Engineering is involved to fulfil the end requirement for the customer with defined time period
Reverse Engineering: We define is as the process of discovering the technological principles of a device, object or system through analysis of its structure, function and operation. This involves taking apart a mechanical device, electronic component, or software program and analysing its workings to try to make a new device or program that does the same thing without using or simply duplicating the original.
This scope of work mostly involves preparing the design as per as-built documentation provided from site. It involves data collection (as-built) from site, data transfer as per our design specifications, data analysis for any improvements and then producing the final data design.
Tools Used:
Design and construction professionals experienced an evolutionary, if not revolutionary, industry-wide shift in building documentation practices starting at a meaningful scale in the mid/late 1980's and extending through the 1990's by switching from hand drawings to computer-based documents and digital 3D design. The use of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) tools is now a nearly universal practice among A/E firms and many Builders. Over the last ten years, though, CAD tools have likely evolved to their full potential.
